It’s not always easy to try and keep in shape and stay active during the week when your work pretty much never ends. So on the weekends I try to go hiking around LA and per usual, I make my way down this list on Trail website and found this place called “ECHO trail” in Altadena and decided to give it a try. The hike wasn’t that difficult, it’s a 2.6 mile hike to the Echo house and then if you want to continue all the way to inspiration point, (which I definitely want to do next time) you have to hike another 2.5 miles. In total it was a little less than a 6 miles hike- Cool thing is when you get to the end of the Echo trail, you’ll see old railroad tracks and house debris from 1909. Super interesting to read the signs that talk about the hotel that was built on top and why it’s no longer there.
Here are some photos from the hike this morning and also, These awesome pair of boots that I’ve been eyeing and wanting for the longest time- should I get it? is it worth it?
Last but not least, I found these Stumptown Danner boots on Amazon for $40 cheaper than regular retail price, should I get it? What do you think?
